How do I find a freelance web designer ?
After signing up, you can open a project like web design project or php custom programming project. You provide details about the project you want (the more details the better). Freelance web designers or freelance programmers will then be able to view your project and bid on it. This is similar to an auction, but there is no mandatory end date and you choose the winning bid yourself. Once you have chosen a freelancer and they accept the project, they will begin work on your project.
How do I open a new website project ?
After you log into your webmaster account, click on the "create project" button on the top menu bar.
What is a project budget range ?
When you open a new website project, you can optionally specify how much money you are able to spend on this project.
How do I communicate with freelancers ?
As a webmaster, you can post messages on the website project message boards for all freelancers to read. If you post a private message, only the freelancer it's addressed to will be able to see it. That freelancer will be notified by e-mail that you posted a message for them.
How much does this cost for a Webmaster ?
There is no signup fee and no monthly fee !
Why do I have to choose the amount of days until my website project needs to be done ?
There needs to be an end to every website project, to leave room for new ones. But you can extend
your website project any time you want.
Can I change the information I provided about my website project ?
Yes, login to the
webmaster account management area and click on the "Edit" link beside the
website project you want to modify. You will then be able to add additional
information to your project, which will appear under your original
description with the date and time you added the new information. All
freelancers who have already bid on your project will then be
notified that you have added information to your
project.
How do I close my website project, extend it, or pick a freelancer ?
You can do all this by
logging in to the account management area. Click on the "Manage
Account" button and use the options available on the right side of
the relevant project.
Can I re-open a closed website project ?
No, you will have to
post a new website project. In some unusual circumstances we can
re-open a website project for you. Contact us with the reason and we will
consider re-opening the project.
What does it mean if my website project is frozen ?
This means the end date
you chose for the website project has past. No freelancer can place any new
bids, you must either pick a freelancer or extend the
project.
Can I manually close a website project without having it completed ?
You can cancel a
website project, as long you did not pick a freelancer. You can do this by
logging in to the account management area. Click on the "Manage
Account" button and press the close button on the right side next
to the relevant project.
How do I change my account password ?
Login to your account
and click on "Edit info" then enter a password in the password
field, and click the submit button.
